ClearEcos is the largest restaurant oil recycling company in Colorado and the intermountain west. Whether you call it restaurant grease, waste vegetable oil, fryer oil, fryer grease, used cooking oil, it doesn’t matter. What is important is that ClearEcos collects this waste oil from restaurants around the state and recycles it into useable biofuels that help reduce air pollution and carbon emissions right here locally in Colorado.
Technically what we are doing is called ‘upcycling’ where we take waste vegetable oil, what was previously a waste product, and upcycle it into a new and useable fuel that reduces landfill waste, increases air quality as well as reduces carbon in our atmosphere. When we recycle used vegetable oil into biodiesel the benefits are kept right here locally in Colorado because we supply municipalities and private entities with biodiesel to supplement their fuel needs.
